- If you get damaged product then the product can be replaced. please follow the instruction
- Photos of the damaged item to prove damage.
- Screenshot of the e-mail or dispute received.
- If product is delivered the limit like maximum 60 days.
- orders can not be cancelled anytime, As order is made.
We will provide full support as good as we can.
Returns & Refund Policy Guide
- Any products purchased from our website can be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your order number.

Our team will be happy to assist and provide you details on whether an order is eligible for a return/exchange. If so, they will provide instructions on how to return/exchange an item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
If the product is damaged or has quality issues, we require proof of the quality issue. This is for quality assurance reasons and so that we can continue to improve our products. If the quality issue is our fault, we will be glad to send you a new product. If you can provide us photos via email which confirms the evidence of poor performance. If the evidence cannot be seen from the photos, the customer must return the item at his own expense. We will NOT send out a new kit without photo proof, the photo proof is used for documentation and quality management purposes.
We are unable to offer refunds if you:
- Entered the incorrect address/insufficient address
- Have a dead package/dead mail because you did not pick up your package from your post office/parcel locker etc.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All items sold at Markwiseshop go through our quality control procedures. We inspect every item before it is shipped.
